Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and always exhibit a professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Holidays and peak periods are required without exception
• As a CA State licensed Child Care program a criminal background check, fingerprinting clearances through Federal and State will be conducted, as well as a health screening with TB test, pertussis & measles vaccination for all Day Care employees

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, while maintaining attention to detail, in a fast-paced child-centered environment
• Manage and process reservations in Resort Point of Sales
• Assist families with registration information
• Manage security and access into the Day Care facility
• Knowledgeable of resort and able to direct guest successfully to other locations
• The Receptionist/Cashier may also fulfill the job as a Day Care Aide and assist in the classrooms as needed
