About The Position

The Day Camp Leader in Training program (ages 14–16) is a fun-filled, weeklong experience that builds confidence, leadership skills, and a heart for service—often opening the door to future ministry opportunities. LITs jump into hands-on service at camp, team-building, leadership sessions, fun group activities, and intentional discipleship. This program builds skills in servant leadership, self-leadership, and leading others. Attendance is required for all 5 days of the LIT session. Leading starts with serving.

Requirements

• Ages 14-16
• Attendance required for all 5 days of the LIT session
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must complete FBI Criminal Background fingerprint clearance
• Must complete PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Must complete PA Criminal History Clearance
• Do not use AI tools to write responses on the application or in future correspondence
