About The Position

Radiology Partners Phoenix is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Breast Radiologist to join its team in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The position is on a partnership track and consists of 100% subspecialty work. The radiologist will interpret mammograms, including tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, and perform related breast interventional procedures. There is no evening or weekend call, and the practice seeks someone who wants to be part of a cohesive team. The practice has served the East Valley for over 50 years and includes more than 25 fellowship-trained radiologists, 7 APPs, and 29 Radiology Service Coordinators. Through partnerships with Banner Hospital System and local practice affiliates, it provides services to 13 hospitals and 25 outpatient imaging centers. The practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions made by the group at large. Compensation includes a base salary, sign-on bonus, productivity bonus, internal moonlighting opportunities, and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The stated salary range is $450,000–$750,000, varying based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and productivity-based incentives. Requirements

Must be licensed or able to obtain a license in the State of Arizona.
Must be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Breast Radiology fellowship required.
