About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an electrical engineer with knowledge of datalink systems to model, simulate, and validate datalink performance and integrate systems, subsystems, and components. The engineer will apply engineering skills and tools to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing and future platforms. The role involves working with existing teams, OEMs, laboratories, and Booz Allen technical teams to address challenges and improve warfighter capabilities. The engineer will assist with modifying designs and algorithms to improve system performance and gain experience in the datalink discipline while contributing to mission systems.

Requirements

Experience with datalink systems, protocols, and standards.
Ability to integrate datalink systems and address challenges.
Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations and warfighter capabilities.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC) datalink systems.
Experience with the SETR process.
Experience with datalink compliance testing, including NCTSI.
Ability to analyze datalink designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease.
Top Secret clearance.
Master's degree in a Science field.
