About The Position

The Database Sustainment Specialist I (DSS I) is responsible for providing advanced sustainment, quality assurance, and performance oversight for DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes. This role acts as the primary liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel, ensuring compliance with data standards and reporting requirements. The position requires a high school diploma and five years of experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM, along with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and required background investigations. The physical demands include regular talking/hearing, frequent use of hands, occasional standing/walking/sitting/reaching, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities like close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment are needed. The work environment is typically low to moderate in noise level. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Five (5) years of experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of a DSS I with increased complexity and leadership responsibility.
  • Serve as the direct liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel.
  • Validate and oversee facility, room, RPIE, and system inventories.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes.
  • Support advanced project, requirement, and regulatory compliance modules.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and mentoring of DSS personnel.
  • Coordinate with DHA, AOR Managers, and Facility Operations Specialists.
  • Support site assessments, inspections, and DHA-directed data calls.
  • Ensure sustained compliance with DHA data standards and reporting requirements.
