About The Position

Own the strategy, governance, and technical optimization of Rentokil-Terminix’s multi-brand customer databases. This role is the primary architect for our lead management ecosystem, responsible for maintaining and optimizing all residential and commercial lead routing pathways. You will future-proof our lead routing tech stack while ensuring seamless, high-fidelity lead data integration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive hyper-personalized acquisition and retention journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5–10 years in database or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, relational SQL, or similar.
  • Proven track record of managing complex lead routing and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker capable of converting business goals into technical roadmaps and translating complex analytics into executive narratives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all lead routing logic for both residential and commercial business lines to ensure zero lead-drop and maximum speed-to-lead.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging MarTech (CDP, real-time decisioning, and AI routing engines) to evolve our tech stack beyond current capabilities.
  • Define identity-resolution rules and data taxonomies that ensure leads from disparate sources (web, third-party, behavioral) are unified correctly within the ecosystem.
  • Serve as the marketing technology expert for Salesforce and LeadExec data integration to SFMC, ensuring lead data optimization to enable real time and trigger-based customer journeys.
  • Ensure lead data quality, segmentation logic, and identity resolution.
  • Implement dynamic content and AMPScript, Einstein recommendations, behavioral targeting, and scoring.
  • Monitor lead data deliverability, frequency caps, and cross-channel fatigue rules to protect the premium customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, TCPA.
  • Ensure compliance with Legal and Security standards.
  • Manage agencies and implementation partners.
