About The Position

TekSynap is seeking a Database Management Support professional to provide expert services for enterprise implementation, maintenance, and tuning of databases in both UNIX and Windows environments. This role involves assisting in the development of the enterprise database server architecture, installing, configuring, and maintaining the Oracle RDBMS and related communications software. The position requires monitoring server performance and tuning database instance parameters for maximum performance. Specific expertise in SAP with Oracle may be required for certain engagements.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments (Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Federal Civil agencies, military organizations).
Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract is highly desirable.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Public Trust – Moderate Risk clearance required.
