About The Position

The company is seeking a Database Management Specialist to be based in San Diego, CA. This role is crucial for managing and manipulating data to generate valuable insights and reports for clients within AECOM’s Program Management (PgM) business line. The PgM business line focuses on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, providing end-to-end solutions that drive impactful results with precision, efficiency, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Relevant experience in the field.
• Experience with MS Excel, specifically the ability to develop pivot tables and use other advanced features.
• Data Management experience
• Under AECOM supervision, ability to work with a wide range of clients and have interaction with clients’ personnel.
• Ability to work with various staff in a wide range of disciplines.
• Good oral and written communication skills with external and internal clients, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with business analysis, business intelligence, and related tools.
