The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. Task 2 — Enterprise Applications Support — delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management. ECS is seeking a Database Architect - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by designing and optimizing database structures that enhance the efficiency and security of enterprise applications. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data models and integration frameworks that align with cloud-based architectures and enterprise modernization goals. This position is integral to ensuring that data governance and secure architecture practices meet the high standards required for national defense operations.
