About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented level 3 Database Administrator with a Secret clearance to support our Configuration Management efforts within the OPIR Ground Infrastructure Team from our Boulder, CO location. As a Database Engineer, you will integrate into a small, high-performing Product Team led by a Scrum Master and Product Owner. You will support daily Scrum meetings, team demos, and monthly staff calls. You will work under very general supervision in support of larger team goals and support ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by Program Leaders. You will relentlessly pursue continuous improvement and be able to interpret complex system requirements. The successful candidate will excel working as part of a technical team of System Administrators, DevSecOps engineers, software, cyber and integration engineers who successfully support program requirements and commitments. You will be comfortable in an ever-changing dynamic environment and work well in an agile team. You will support and participate in working groups and technical exchange meetings. You will be organized and flexible with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, capacity to manage multiple tasks while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level 3) ROLE where candidates typically require 3+ years of professional experience and a BS degree. Requirements

  • Experience working in a Linux environment
  • Flexibility and determination to learn new skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian software products
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Active Secret clearance is required prior to start and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
