Database Administrator
About The Position
The Database Administrator (DBA) operates within the IS Data Management team, reporting to the Director of Data Governance. The DBA will serve as a guide for system analysts, application owners, and data stewards on the IS team. Day to day activities include working with the Data Management and other IS teams and analysts to diagnose application, system, and workload performance issues, user data access, managing data authority and access, plan and review new/changing/existing database development, performance and volume testing, working with vendors, and reporting progress.
