About The Position

This role requires a Database Administrator with extensive experience in SQL Server management and related Microsoft products. The position involves managing and supporting various versions of SQL Server, utilizing PowerShell and Windows Server, and optimizing database performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with SQL 2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016/2019/2022 database management and related products.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems.
• Advanced SQL queries and reading query execution plans.
• Developing and performance tuning complex SSRS and SSIS packages.
• SQL Server Always On High Availability configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Performance tuning, Performance monitoring, 'Live' and Scheduled replication, Log shipping, Database Mirroring, Database capacity planning, Users and Role creation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016/2019/2022 databases.
• Utilize PowerShell and Windows Server operating systems for database management.
• Develop and performance tune complex, advanced SQL queries and read query execution plans.
• Develop and performance tune SSRS and SSIS packages.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SQL Server Always On High Availability.
• Perform performance tuning and monitoring.

• Conduct database capacity planning.
• Create and monitor Users and Roles.
