Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Oracle's data warehouse design and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) design tools, specifically Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) required.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as Oracle SQL Developer and TOAD required.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise database design, Structured Query Language (SQL) - data definition language (DDL) and data manipulation language (DML), and data dictionaries required.
Advanced knowledge of query/report design tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), ThoughtSpot and Tableau required.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware/software capabilities and configurations required.
Advanced knowledge of data communication and connectivity, and Windows operating system required.
Ability to perform logic analysis required.
Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing required.
Ability to apply theories, principles and methodologies to existing computer or database software.
Ability to guide and coordinate the work of others.
At least 7+ years of experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.

Responsibilities

Review data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy.
Develop, maintain, and support enterprise data warehouse system and corresponding data marts.
Troubleshoot and tune existing data warehouse applications.
Conduct research into new data warehouse applications and determines viability for adoption.
Establish written procedures, guidelines and develops standards for data system operation.
Evaluate existing subject areas stored in the data warehouse.
Incorporate existing subject areas into an enterprise model.
Research and create new or enhanced components of the data warehouse.
Confer with management of unit to assist in planning, organizing and controlling activities of assigned area.
Prepare project feasibility studies.
Provide guidance and training for lower-level staff, including helping develop difficult and complex programs.
