  • Manage relationships with upstream data providers and downstream consumers, including third-party data feeds
  • Support and troubleshoot Power BI (Microsoft Fabric) semantic models, datasets, and refresh schedules, working closely with BI developers to resolve performance and connectivity issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring incidents, improve automation (e.g., ADF pipeline alerting, Databricks job monitoring), and enhance observability across the modern data stack
  • Maintain and improve documentation, including data lineage, runbooks, and support procedures across Databricks, ADF, Snowflake, and SQL Server environments
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure, cloud platform, and BI/reporting teams on capacity planning, Microsoft Fabric/Azure environment upgrades, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to reinsurance reporting (e.g., Solvency II, statutory filings)
