About The Position
The Data Warehouse Architect will be responsible for supporting the loading of data from multiple source systems. This role requires extensive experience with Teradata and Linux, and the ability to provide training and technical guidance to development teams. The architect will work both independently and collaboratively, making sound decisions while adhering to MDHHS/DTMB policies. This is a hybrid position located in Lansing, MI.
Requirements
- 8+ years Teradata experience
- Experience supporting the loading of data from multiple source systems
- Minimum of 5 years of Linux experience
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to determine appropriate solutions while adhering to MDHHS/DTMB policies
Nice To Haves
- Previous government experience
- Experience with cloud-based BI tools
- Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Responsibilities
- Support the loading of data from multiple source systems.
- Provide targeted training and technical guidance to development teams for troubleshooting and batch support.
