About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer (SME) to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining reporting and event correlation infrastructure, designing dynamic dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, integrating reporting solutions with other performance management systems, monitoring reporting services, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
7-10 Years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the reporting and event correlation infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and accurate real-time data.
Design and update dynamic dashboards that visualize performance metrics, system status, and historical trends for various OCIO teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights through tailored reports.
Integrate reporting solutions with other performance management systems, such as ServiceNow, to enhance data utility and accessibility.
Monitor reporting services for accuracy, scalability, and flexibility, implementing improvements as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
