How we LEAD: Build the visualization layer of UMG’s Consumer Data Products—designing and developing advanced, interactive data experiences that sit at the intersection of design, data, and front-end engineering. This role translates analytical complexity into intuitive visual systems that power product adoption, enable insight discovery, and shape how the business understands consumers and fans. Embedded within the Consumer Data Products organization, you will partner with product managers, designers, data engineers, and data scientists to develop the front-end visualization frameworks and custom components that bring data products to life. You will create reusable widgets, exploratory interfaces, and high-performance visualizations that scale across products and use cases. Beyond execution, you will influence product strategy by helping define how insights are surfaced, compared, and explored—turning visualization from a presentation layer into a core product capability. With a background spanning front-end development, data fluency, and visual design, you will help evolve UMG’s analytics from static dashboards into dynamic tools that guide decision-making for labels, artists, and internal teams.
