As a Data Validation Specialist at Horizon, you will validate and review data used for reporting, including CCBHC quality measures, to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will identify, investigate, and help resolve data discrepancies by working with internal teams. You will analyze audit findings to identify trends or gaps, and share clear, actionable feedback with teams. You will enter data into the medical record and maintain confidentiality of all information processed, stored, or accessed. You will appropriately manage project expectations, milestones, and deadlines. You will maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, and/or accessed on the network.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a human service-related field required
- 1 year of healthcare experience with a focus on data management or related internship experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of writing presentations or papers, making presentations to professional peers, and working closely with upper management
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
