About The Position

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of the International Center, this position serves as the primary technical administrator and operational coordinator for CPIC’s enterprise software landscape, including Terra Dotta modules (Study Abroad, International Students and Scholars, Alert Traveler and Travel Registry) and related university systems. The position works with a high degree of independence to translate complex technical functionalities into streamlined department workflows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including a high level of diplomacy and professionalism and ability to use these skills to handle effectively and respond appropriately to a broad range of high level and sensitive interpersonal situations with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to initiate, establish, and foster communication and teamwork by maintaining a positive, cooperative, productive work atmosphere within and outside the University, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse population and with those from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University infrastructure, policies, procedures, and precedents.
  • Thorough knowledge of office methods, procedures, and practices.
  • Ability to be flexible and accept change and effectively adapt to changing organizational, procedural and technological policies.
  • Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university.
  • Three years of technical or administrative experience.

Nice To Haves

  • A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
  • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
