About The Position

L3Harris i s seeking a Data Support Analyst to assist our Quality Inspection team to efficiently ensure hardware documentation is electronically scanned in a timely manner and support program obligations and customer reviews. Work duties will be performed in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment. This position is located in Orlando, FL.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior Quality/Configuration Management experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SharePoint (or similar application).
• Experience with TipQA (or similar application).
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Access and Word.
• Able to multitask and work under close supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Aerospace industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support data entry and archival duties of Inspection data into database (scanning).
• Support data retrieval during Customer Pedigree Reviews.
• Support preparation and release of Coleman Command Media to maintain Coleman’s QMS.
• Support inspection activities – data review, manufacture order processing, schedule tracking, and inspections.
