About The Position

Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Strategy, you will play a key role in helping organizations define and implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with clients to assess their data landscape, develop roadmaps, and drive the execution of data initiatives that enable digital transformation and business growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data strategy, data governance, or enterprise data management.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

Experience in implementing data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics solutions.
Certifications in data management, cloud platforms, or data governance (e.g., CDMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
Knowledge of AI/ML applications and how they integrate with data strategies.
Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and define data strategies that support those objectives.
Assess the current state of data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
Develop data roadmaps and transformation plans that align with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Define data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement data platforms, cloud-based solutions, and analytics tools.
Provide thought leadership on emerging data trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Support change management efforts by helping organizations adopt a data-driven culture and mindset.
Measure and track the impact of data initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
