About The Position

Support the Data Management leader to design and implement a comprehensive data governance operation aligned to AI/ML-first data strategy. This includes informing, influencing, and obtaining buy-in from the entire company on the importance of data governance for business objectives and AI/ML imperatives. It also involves developing policies, standards, metrics, tools, and processes for comprehensive documentation of data inventories, meaning, permissions, lineage, and quality for downstream enterprise development and applications. The role also drives engagement and adoption with data owners, producers, stewards, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders such as Legal, Audit/Risk, and Information Security.

Requirements

Experience in designing and implementing data governance operations.
Understanding of AI/ML-first data strategy.
Ability to inform, influence, and gain buy-in from company-wide stakeholders.
Skills in developing policies, standards, metrics, tools, and processes for data documentation.
Experience with data inventories, meaning, permissions, lineage, and quality.
Ability to drive engagement and adoption with various data-related roles and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
