We are seeking a Data Specialist who will be responsible for auditing HR data and generating reports across various HR systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and practices and knowledge of HR policies and procedures. The incumbent will partner with KSAS leadership, departments, programs, centers, and institutes to correct data inaccuracies and develop KSAS HR-specific data best practices and guidelines for the Krieger School. This position is expected to end on 12/30/2026; additional details will be discussed during the interview. The Data Specialist is responsible for entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive data for the assigned area. The Data Specialist is responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, preparing and processing ad-hoc and scheduled reports, and recommending resources for process-improvement tasks. The Data Specialist will run and resolve data anomalies/inconsistencies and generate reports.
