About The Position

Responsible for independently processing Debit Card or ATM Card orders and perform maintenance for City National Bank cardholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of financial services experience
  • Minimum 3 years of direct client service experience
  • Minimum 3 years of bank card operations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) and Salesforce a plus.
  • Able to create Excel matrix using formulas.
  • Experience in basic accounting and reconciliation helpful.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and high volume environment.
  • Analytical thinker, organized, follow procedures and able to make decisions independently.
  • Data input accuracy is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Process high volume of Debit Card and ATM applications for new City National Bank clients.
  • Process verification of eligibility for Debit Card or ATM Cards requests (i.e. type account and account ownership).
  • Obtain all requirements to process the Debit Card or ATM Application request (i.e. Debit Card Waiver for Non-signer).
  • Follow bank’s policies and procedure.
  • Perform QA to ensure cardholder data (CMSe record) was entered correctly.
  • Process Debit Card Maintenace requests (i.e. blocking cards, limit increase, order replacement cards and pins, etc.).
  • Process Non-Proprietary and Surcharge Fee waiver requests.
  • Internal servicing- support bank wide colleagues with Debit Cards or ATM Cards inquiries and research.
  • Process and respond to department incoming calls and emails requests.
  • Back-up coverage for other department processes (as needed).
  • Other duties as assigned.
