Requirements

High School equivalency required.
0-2 years of office or loss information experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Excel, other software packages and online systems a plus.
Demonstrates strong business and technology acumen by understanding organizational needs, making informed decisions, and effectively delivering technology solutions aligned with processes and procedures.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions or improvements efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to pursue industry-related designations/education preferred.
Property Casualty insurance background preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Assess, locate, gather and save client information from a variety of sources in a timely fashion.
Create, update, manage, share and properly save client information for client and internal use and analysis such as obtaining loss runs.
Collect, save and manage appropriate workers’ compensation loss data for use in appropriate system and for trend analysis as requested.
Ensure all data-related deliverables conform to data management standards so summarized data is accurate and complete.
