About The Position

This position provides data management and statistical performance/quality support, as well as entering and monitoring for correctness and compliance with Physicians orders/ insurance authorizations tracking tool and obtaining respective documentation within compliance timeline. Collaborates with other departments as needed for data collection, reporting and troubleshooting operational and quality statistics. Responsible for monthly and on demand data aggregation, analysis and report writing. Responsible for clinical supplies and PPE inventory and distribution and clinical files maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of business experience in the healthcare field, reading, generating and comprehending statistical data and reports
  • Computer literacy in Excel and Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in healthcare data Management
  • Knowledgeable in McKesson/Cerner and Lawson Systems
  • Strong relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities within our area of service
