About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Data Solutions Analyst to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This individual will work closely with business leaders to understand data and reporting needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of data, analytics, and reporting environments. This person will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business partners to ensure data solutions meet business objectives while helping expand the adoption and value of enterprise data services across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career to mid-level professional who is self-driven, curious, and eager to take ownership of business challenges while developing expertise in modern data and analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Experience working in data, reporting, analytics, business systems, or related environments
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Serve as a local point of contact for business stakeholders and Data Services
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements
- Work with business partners to identify opportunities for improved data and reporting solutions
- Coordinate with data engineers, developers, ETL teams, and reporting resources
- Help prioritize incoming requests and facilitate delivery efforts
- Track initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders
- Drive discussions regarding data needs, reporting requirements, and solution outcomes
- Influence solution design by translating stakeholder needs into business and technical requirements
- Build trusted relationships across multiple business functions
