About The Position

This is a 100% on-site position located in Fayetteville, AR. We are currently unable to offer relocation assistance, so we are primarily seeking local candidates or those already planning to move to the Northwest Arkansas area. This role is designed to WOW with its dynamic responsibilities and opportunities for growth. The Data Solutions Analyst will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive business insights and improve workflows through automation and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering, OR 2-5 years of experience in analytics, business systems, or process automation.
• 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analyst, reporting automation, dashboard development, or related technical analytics role.
• Hands-on experience using Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script to automate reporting processes, transform data, or improve business workflows.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting logic, data modeling, and maintaining business-facing reports.
• Advanced Google Sheets experience, including complex formulas, structured reporting templates, data validation, and workflow support.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with KNIME or Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, standard SAP reporting/export processes, and Google BigQuery or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with Körber WMS (or other warehouse management systems) along with experience handling API integrations or automated data feeds.
• Foundational knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Basic experience with HTML or web-based content structure and exposure to data modeling concepts for dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Automate reporting processes using Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script.
• Transform data to improve business workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Implement reporting logic and data modeling in Power BI.
• Support business-facing reports.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets features for complex formulas, structured reporting, and data validation.
• Provide workflow support using Google Sheets.
• Potentially use workflow automation tools like KNIME or Alteryx.
• Work with enterprise systems like SAP and Google BigQuery.
• Handle API integrations or automated data feeds, potentially with WMS systems like Körber WMS.
• Apply foundational knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Utilize basic HTML or web-based content structure knowledge.
• Apply data modeling concepts for dashboard development.
