About The Position

As a Data Solution Owner, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact data, analytics, and AI solutions that solve real business problems. You will serve as the client’s strategic advisor and delivery leader—balancing architecture, governance, storytelling, and innovation to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in delivering data and analytics initiatives within a consulting or enterprise setting.
  • Deep understanding of data technologies, including SQL, data modeling, cloud platforms, data warehousing, ELT/ETL, DataOps, and DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools, including Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, or other leading BI platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AI and ML concepts, and the ability to guide clients in identifying practical applications for these technologies.
  • Proficiency in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, business case development, and delivery governance.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to lead client conversations, present complex solutions, and build consensus.
  • A bias for action and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive progress in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals, delivery timelines, and budget targets.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and architects—guiding delivery quality, career growth, and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating with clarity, shaping strategic roadmaps, and elevating business conversations with data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous client needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans through business analysis, data profiling, and conceptual modeling.
  • Oversee architecture and delivery across SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehouses (Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, Databricks), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Drive delivery using Agile or hybrid approaches, including backlog management, risk mitigation, scope alignment, and team velocity monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, privacy, security, and compliance—including PII protection, source-to-target mapping, and metadata management.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize client environments, integrating GenAI, automation, and emerging analytics capabilities to drive long-term value.
  • Champion innovation, helping clients build AI literacy and embedding AI and ML into scalable, real-world use cases.
