About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Data Scientist. This role is located at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, DC. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a CI polygraph. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data science/engineering/analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in testing and evaluating AI/ML models and supporting DoW and/or IC clients is also required.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass CI polygraph
• 3+ years of experience in data science/engineering/analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science OR four additional years of experience in those fields in lieu of degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience collaborating in teams

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science
• Experience with GEOINT and/or LLMs
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis
• An active CI polygraph
