About The Position

The Engineering Quality organization is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist who can design, build, and optimize data solutions that support strategic decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with an ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for engineers and management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering or science field.
Proficiency in Python, including experience with ETL tools and libraries (such as pandas, PySpark, or similar).
Hands-on experience designing ETL workflows and automating data transformations.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard/report development.
Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations for leadership and non technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
