About The Position

We are seeking a Data Scientist to serve as the client program’s primary data integrator and Power Platform administrator. This position will support the development, maintenance, integration, and continuous improvement of digital tools used to manage program information, improve decision-making, automate business processes, and provide leadership with actionable insights. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, project managers, technical teams, and government stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable data solutions. This role will have primary responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and associated data sources. On our team, you’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions. Requirements

2+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
Experience integrating and managing data across multiple sources and business processes
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Lists, including list architecture, permissions, metadata, and integration with Power Platform solutions
Experience developing data visualization products such as dashboards or reports for decisionmakers
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Ability to troubleshoot applications, workflows, data connections, and automation failures
Ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience working in program management, operations integration, or mission integration environment
Experience with Power Query, DAX, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, JSON, or other data integration technologies
Experience designing scalable Power Platform environments and establishing application or data governance practices
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Project, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 integrations
Experience developing executive-level dashboards or reporting products
Experience automating complex, multi-step business processes
Experience with data lifecycle management, data governance, and access-control principles
Experience working with Space Launch Delta 30 (SLD 30) and Space Systems Command (SSC)
Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
