About The Position

You will apply quantitative analysis and data modeling to surface actionable customer insights that inform product and business decisions. You will partner with business leads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate analysis into roadmap and testing recommendations. This is a Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, ideally in tech or management consulting
• Demonstrable experience using statistical modeling on datasets to solve complex business problems
• Strong proficiency with SQL-like query languages for analytical purposes
• Experience building and training statistical/data science models
• Experience with statistical analysis in SaaS or subscription business models
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau and Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Economics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to uncover customer behavior and trends
• Act as a thought partner to business leads and influence decisions through data-driven storytelling
• Identify business opportunities, build use cases, and recommend data science initiatives to inform the product roadmap
• Develop and deploy data science models to drive scalable, programmatic business solutions
• Recommend and implement testing ideas based on detailed analysis
• Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL-like languages and prepare analysis for stakeholders
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
