About The Position

We’re seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to conduct high-impact research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your work will contribute directly to the development of advanced algorithms, models, and systems that drive our technology forward. Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of professional experience.
• Have experience with Python, and Cloud Computing Platforms.
• Have a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning, and more specifically generative AI models.
• Have experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines with cloud technologies.
• Have familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.
• Understand software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Have a Master’s Degree in an AI-related discipline

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or product/project management.
• Have worked in the healthcare sector or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, train and optimize machine learning or generative AI models to meet client needs, including feature engineering and performance evaluation.
• Explore client data to identify patterns and opportunities. Clean and structure data in collaboration with data engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Present results and explain models to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current on ML/AI advances and healthcare sector regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Bill 25, GDPR).
• Document approaches and results to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer.
