About The Position

Superhuman is seeking an Acquisition Data Scientist to turn complex data into growth decisions across its portfolio of consumer and enterprise products. The role partners directly with Acquisition Marketing to improve paid and organic channel effectiveness, optimize the web funnel, and ensure marketing investment drives measurable growth. Work spans products including Grammarly, Mail, Docs, Databases, GPTZero, Fathom, and Go, and may address budget allocation, channel attribution, SEO, AEO, cross-product activation, bundled offerings, and the self-serve journey from first touch through activation and viral expansion. The Data Scientist will be embedded in a cross-functional pod aligned to a Route to Market, collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, and User Research. As the acquisition team's data partner, this person will investigate technical questions and translate findings into recommendations for channel optimization, budget decisions, and growth opportunities. The role suits a hands-on data scientist who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and wants to influence outcomes across products, audiences, and go-to-market motions. Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model, combining focus time with in-person collaboration. Compensation is market-based and varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The posting notes that salary ranges are outlined by compensation zone, but does not provide the figures in the supplied text.
