Requirements

  • Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, especially classification and regression
  • Coding and Testing: Write and test code in Python, SQL, R, or similar languages
  • Use appropriate testing methods

  • Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
  • Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R

  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Apply suitable tools and methodologies
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly
  • Understand business domains, data requirements, and key processes
  • Identify and extract suitable data sources (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure data is fit for purpose
  • Apply data governance, management, and quality standards
  • Ensure data accessibility, scalability, and relevance for decision-making
  • Build and evaluate models using logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, GBM, and other tree-based techniques
  • Apply forecasting methods to predict future business outcomes
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature selection
  • Design and analyze experiments; provide actionable insights
  • Deploy models to production (Good to have); ensure scalability and sustainability
  • Evaluate models using ROC, RMSE, Chi-square, etc.
  • Write and test code in Python, SQL, R, or similar languages
  • Use appropriate testing methods
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker
  • Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
