About The Position

We are seeking an early-career Data Scientist to join our Digital Solutions & Analytics team, building data-driven solutions on KLA's Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) Foundry instance. You'll learn to design pipelines, model real-world entities in the Ontology, and build operational applications that teams use to make decisions daily. With mentorship from senior FDEs, you'll grow into a fully internally developed engineer. Requirements

Proficiency in Python and SQL
Comfort with data modeling and working with structured datasets
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to take ambiguous problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches
Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights clearly
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field and 0 years related work experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or version control (GIT)
Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operations domains
Interest in AI/ML and applying it to enterprise workflows
Palantir Foundry exposure

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate, clean, and transform supply chain data
Design Ontology models that represent real-world operations (parts, shipments, suppliers)
Create applications and workflows for business users
Support AI-powered workflows (summarization, recommendations, automation) using AIP
Partner with business teams to translate operational problems into platform solutions
Progress through structured FDE development milestones
