About The Position
The Data Scientist is a key member of the Pediatric Precision Health Program, driving innovation through technical expertise and academic contribution. The role develops robust analytical pipelines for genomic data, conducts variant annotation and interpretation, and collaborates with healthcare professionals and scientists across multiple clinical subspecialties. It applies advanced AI and machine learning models to challenging clinical cases, drawing on research experience in oncology or EMR data to advance precision medicine and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare data science.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accessing and interpreting genetic variants.
- Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, data science, or another relevant field.
