About The Position

Seeking a Data Scientist to design scalable data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and develop reusable Python-based data solutions. The successful candidate will support incremental and batch data ingestion, data transformation, validation, modeling, and dashboard automation.

Requirements

Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
Strong Python experience
Strong SQL skills
Experience designing and implementing ETL workflows
Experience with data transformation, validation, and modeling
Experience preprocessing and preparing datasets for reporting
Experience developing reusable automation solutions

Nice To Haves

Experience with Pandas, PySpark, or Polars
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard platforms
Experience supporting large-scale data environments

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows
Develop incremental and batch data-ingestion processes
Implement robust data validation and quality-control procedures
Perform data transformation and modeling using SQL and Python
Preprocess, minimize, filter, normalize, aggregate, and reshape datasets for reporting
Develop automated reporting workflows and dashboards
Build and maintain reusable Python automation packages for agency personnel
Document data pipelines, automation processes, and technical procedures
