Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical, analytical, and machine-learning techniques to improve decision-support workflows and the performance of AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Analyze operational data, identify opportunities for automation and decision support, develop analytical models and evaluation methodologies, and help establish measurable performance indicators for delivered capabilities.
  • Work closely with the AI/ML Architect and AI/ML Engineer to evaluate model and agent performance, develop datasets and test cases, analyze user feedback and system behavior, and identify opportunities to improve AI outputs.
  • Support institutional knowledge and information-synthesis capabilities.
