About The Position

In collaboration with the Marketing department, the data scientist contributes to strengthening marketing measurement, analysis, and experimentation capabilities to support informed decision-making and maximize the performance of investments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related role.
Strong skills in applied statistics and data analysis.
Experience in experimentation and measuring incrementality.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Ability to simplify complex analyses and influence decision-making.
Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Oral and written proficiency in French and English.
Good command of French is required for positions in Quebec.
The person in this role will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve measurement frameworks for campaigns, audiences, and channels.
Develop measurement plans including performance indicators, success criteria, and incrementality.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments (geographic, segmented, pre/post tests).
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify key performance drivers.
Conduct in-depth analyses and formulate concrete recommendations to guide decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and automate performance reports.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
Collaborate with marketing, performance, revenue, and finance teams to support business decisions.
