Prioritizing, planning, designing and executing analyses that have direct and measurable impact to Apple’s website. Measuring and analyzing impact of online site changes on online and offline traffic on Apple.com. Building and automating data pipelines using Teradata SQL and PIE Compute. Providing critical analysis and business insights to help inform and optimize search on Web and App. Analyzing & building dashboards for various Retail Marketing campaigns like Black Friday, Back to School, and Chinese New Year using SQL and Tableau. Working cross-functionally across - Apple Online Store, Marcom, Apple Care Digital, Apple Media Products, Retail Product Management, Retail Marketing and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams for Search analytics and reporting. Building & automating FTP process to send data files to different marketing & advertising agencies. Deploying scripts to PROD using version control systems like GIT. Conducting end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, recommendations and presentations for Apple.com interactive projects. Maintaining and Improvising Test analytics models in Python and analyzing chat and social data using Apple tools to understand customer sentiments and interests. Analyzing large volumes of data using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Teradata SQL, Excel and Keynote and presenting results to diverse audiences. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Biotechnology, Technology or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience with Producing powerful visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
  • 3 years of experience with Leveraging data manipulation skills, utilizing SQL, R or similar.
  • 3 years of experience with Using programming languages, tools, and frameworks like Python, PySpark/PyTorch or similar to deliver complex analysis with large data bases.
  • 3 years of experience with Working with Big data resources (Hadoop, Snowflake, or similar).
  • 3 years of experience with Using statistical analysis and data modeling to analyze and derive insight from complex hit-level data indicative of online customer behavior.
  • 3 years of experience synthesizing disparate data sources into unified, analysis-ready datasets to power strategic reporting and/or statistical modeling.
  • 2 years of experience with Using statistical forecasting to develop product or feature level demand forecasts to help guide digital product and/or merchandising strategies.
