About The Position
Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist in Plano, TX. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. The position involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI solutions with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and classical data science algorithms. Successful candidates will leverage their expertise in Python, Spark, and Databricks, along with experience in Azure cloud for building scalable AI pipelines.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in Data Science/ML/AI Engineering
- Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP & classical ML algorithms
- Hands‑on Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL
- Azure Cloud experience for training & deployment
- Knowledge of fine‑tuning & optimization techniques
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, train, validate & deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, NLP, classical algorithms)
- Build scalable pipelines with PySpark/Spark & Databricks
- Perform LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering & evaluation
- Work with SQL/NoSQL datasets (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Collaborate with engineering & business teams to deliver AI solutions
- Implement model governance, monitoring & lifecycle management
