About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to support analysis, implementation, and maintenance of data architecture for program-related data systems. The role designs, sustains, and manages data transformation, categorization, and labeling workflows to enable data operations across multiple security domains and systems. It works with databases, cloud architecture, and compliant data standards to deliver solutions that meet program requirements.

The position collaborates with cross-functional teams and communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. It develops and maintains operational data pipelines, supports database engineering, and uses APIs and programming languages to query systems, process data, and perform migrations. A TS/SCI-level clearance or higher is required.

Requirements

• Experience with database analysis, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud architectures and cloud databases as a developer and administrator.
• Experience leveraging APIs for data querying and migration.
• Experience with one or more of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational data pipelines.
• TS/SCI-level clearance or higher required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with geospatial data enterprise solutions and multiple data formats.
• Experience implementing processes, standards, and tools based on the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe).
• Ability to create dynamic visualizations to monitor data pipeline performance, including availability, currency, and volumetrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design data architecture for program data in alignment with organizational goals and data and labeling standards.
• Develop, implement, and sustain data pipelines that handle multiple data formats and interfaces, supporting database engineering.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize data-processing workflows for efficient, high-speed operations across multiple security domains and systems.
• Leverage and integrate APIs to query systems and perform data ETL and migrations.
• Use Python, JavaScript, or Java to build and support operational data pipelines.
• Support analysis, implementation, and maintenance of data architecture for program-related data systems.
