About The Position

Concord is an execution company that helps organizations move technology and AI initiatives from concept to measurable capability. We are seeking a Data Scientist for our growing Analytics practice. This is a client-facing consultant role where you will work closely with clients' delivery teams and the Concord delivery team. The role offers career growth opportunities in technical data & analytics, account leadership, and/or management. The ideal candidate has deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for storytelling with data, supporting clients through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive stages. This role is for someone who enjoys the intersection of analytics, communication, and strategy, and will be expected to design and implement technical solutions, communicate findings to diverse stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and manage projects with competing priorities. Strong analytical expertise, marketing context, and the ability to translate data into compelling stories are essential. Knowledge of digital measurement, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics, and project management is needed. A broad understanding of SQL or Python is required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the Data & Analytics space, preferably with consulting experience.
  • Experience with project management is a strong plus.
  • Solid ability to translate between business needs and advanced analytic techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SQL & Python.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and enjoys talking shop with others. Comfortable with both technically oriented and business-oriented audiences.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Ability to gather requirements and generate Data Science & Engineering tickets as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Track record of proactive, value-added contributions to internal and client teams.
  • Collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams
  • A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities.
  • Cloud platforms experience such as Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong understanding of statistics
  • AI platform experience such as Anthropic, Gemini, Microsoft Co-Pilot
  • Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to design cost-effective, high-performance data solutions.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics — preferably CRM or channel analytics
