Analyze large and complex data sets, including conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses. Provide human resource/workforce analytics. This includes data collection, data cleaning/transformation, and data visualization/analysis using a variety of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Identify and use a variety of data gathering techniques (for example, extracting data from human resource information systems via Oracle/SQL) Collect Organizational and Employee data needed for workforce analytics. This includes leveraging Oracle/SQL scripts and utilizing software such as Python and Oracle Developer 11g to extract data from organizational systems. Utilize data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, and techniques to help interpret and facilitate understanding of data analysis, and provide clearly written products for customers to assist in data-driven business making.
