About The Position

This position requires a Data Scientist with expertise in data management and pipeline development. The role involves working with databases, cloud architectures, and APIs to query and migrate data. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts. Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java is necessary, as is the ability to develop, sustain, and monitor operational data pipelines that support various data formats and interfaces. A TS/SCI clearance and a current CI polygraph are mandatory.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud architectures
• Experience leveraging APIs to query systems and migrate data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate challenging technical concepts
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience developing, sustaining, and monitoring operational data pipelines supporting multiple data formats and interfaces
• TS/SCI REQUIRED
• Current CI polygraph is required immediately after starting (or already within scope)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with NGA IT enterprise solutions (e.g., NGA CORE, NGA MLOps)
• Experience with ATO processes, and Government NPE certificates
• Experience implementing processes, standards, and tools within an organization based on the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise
• Experience developing dynamic visualizations
