Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Python and SQL expertise

Nice To Haves

Working in a cloud and data lake environment.
Evaluating, identifying, and implementing AI models.
Performing basic consulting with clients in order to clarify the needs of the clients.
Using client's data systems as they relate to language, learning, and/or human resources (HR).
Working with a learning management system.
Using JIRA.

Responsibilities

Python and SQL Developer programming language to extract, transform, format, and load data from a variety of sources/systems.
Working with data pipelines.
Identifying and obtaining datasets needed to respond to requests.
Performing advance analytics (e.g., Artificial Intelligence)
Visualizing data and creating dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep.
Developing user-friendly, easy to understand reports and dashboards.
Using Microsoft Excel to work with data and PowerPoint to create briefing decks.
Communicating (written/oral) with clients and team members.
Utilizing SQL Developer and Python programing languages to extract and transform talent data including the implementation of business rules for how the data needs to be prepared for analytics.
Using advanced analytics (e.g., AI/ML) in order to respond to complex talent questions, especially as they relate to language and learning.
Utilizing data visualization tools and dashboards to appropriately convey data and respond to leadership requests.
Developing user-friendly, easy to understand reports (e.g., graphs, charts, briefing slides) for clients to meet business needs.
Creating, enhancing, and maintaining data visualizations using Tableau and other tools. (This includes dashboards.)
Assisting in the collection of data from a variety of sources and understanding the relationship between data sets.
Providing accurate analyses and results.
Evaluating the use of Al models (e.g., Large Language Models), proposing improvements, and identifying new models for use in responding to learning and language needs.
Consulting with clients to clarify the question they are trying to answer and their analytic needs.
Reviewing data, analytics, and reports for accuracy and integrity.
