DESCRIPTION Core Insights partners closely with Product, Partner Development, Marketplace, and Leadership to answer three fundamental questions: How is the business performing? What changed, and why? What should we do next? This role is business-first. You will own the health of key business metrics, investigate performance changes, and translate analysis into clear insights and recommended actions. Advanced analytics and machine learning may be used where appropriate, but success in this role is defined by judgment, clarity, and business impact rather than technical sophistication alone. This role may be filled by candidates with varying levels of machine learning experience. All hires are expected to own business KPIs end to end, explain performance changes clearly, and influence decisions through insights. Some candidates will primarily focus on reporting, experimentation, and driver analysis, while others may apply machine learning to scale analysis or surface patterns.
