About The Position

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable data scientists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered data science solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level data scientist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing data science or machine learning projects
• Skilled at evaluating analytical approaches, data quality, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, and practical aspects of deploying data-driven solutions
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, application of statistical and machine learning methods, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic data science scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. data scientist, business stakeholder, manager, or client)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated data science content
• Assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true data science reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical analytical procedures.
• Apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about data science at scale.
